Country Manager (Korea)
Location: Korea

Owing to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead our Korean office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years’ experience in healthcare and life sciences, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence, preferably with Agency/Consulting experience.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the business, taking responsibility for leading our Korean office operations, overseeing core company processes including business planning and execution for the Korean team, and providing pastoral care for Korean located team members. Duties and Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:
- Education:Â Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in the life sciences consulting industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Experience in HEOR/HTA/RWE in the Korean market is a must.
- Skills:Â Strong leadership, communication, accountability and interpersonal skills; ability to think strategically and execute effectively; able to manage teams in a high-energy environment, and work well under pressure.

RWE Consultant / Senior Consultant (Japan)

The Real-World Evidence (RWE) Consultant / Senior Consultant (C/SC) will play a key role in managing and contributing to local, regional and global projects that will enhance understanding of the growing impact of RWE in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry landscape.
Reporting to a Functional Head or directly to a General Manager, the RWE C/SC will be responsible for leading or contributing to the design, development and delivery of projects or components of larger, complex projects as required, as well as coaching junior team members. The RWE C/SC will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development activities via proposal development, new business identification and offering development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to/lead RWE-related projects and project teams, including internal/external resources, to successful completion, on-time and on-budget
- Provide high-quality RWE subject matter expertise/ input to project methodology and client deliverables, and deliver significant portions of findings to client
- Serve as a key point of contact with clients and provide follow-up after project completion to ensure client satisfaction
- Support/lead new business opportunities through RWE customer relationship development and identification of follow-on work and new leads
