She has worked with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, delivering insights to support commercial and strategic decision making. Rebecca is interested in leveraging technological advances, including Artificial Intelligence, to increase the breadth, value and efficiency of the insights Vista Health delivers, with the aim of delivering meaningful benefit and improved outcomes for industry, providers and patients alike.

Dave Wells

Dave oversees all aspects of digital implementation for Vista Health. He led an award-winning e-learning team in the UK, building numerous impactful products for the National Health Service, healthcare charities and private health sector before moving to manage broader digital projects. He has a passion for improving the learning experience and interface design, with specific focus on product engagement and ongoing knowledge retention. With expertise in full-stack development, e-learning design, user experience, and quality assurance, he is dedicated to ensuring seamless and impactful digital solutions.

Dafydd Green

Dafydd has a strong foundation in healthcare and a focus on driving digital innovation in the Asia Pacific region. He specializes in healthcare database initiatives, patient and stakeholder engagement, clinical tool development, and technology compliance. Dafydd’s work encompasses collaboration with diverse groups, including healthcare providers, patient societies, pharmaceutical and insurance companies, government bodies, and academic institutions. Dafydd is at the forefront of digital health initiatives, working to shape the future of healthcare through his expertise and skills.

Regional Manager, UK & Europe

Will Brown

Will is a healthcare and life sciences consultant with ~10 years of experience in Europe, APAC and global emerging markets. He has expertise across market access, policy, commercial, and population health topics and advises a range of biopharma, MedTech, government and NGO clients. His areas of interest centre around bringing stakeholders together to tackle health ecosystem problems through secretariat and alliance building, and furthering access through innovative funding and financing mechanisms.

Senior Director, Value & Evidence Generation

Nathaniel Henry

Nathaniel has over a decade of experience in healthcare consulting, previously working in London as Head of the Global Centre of Excellence for Health Economics at IQVIA, as well as with the UK’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Council developing AI strategies across the enterprise. Nathaniel has worked across Europe, APAC and the US and has a wealth of experience in evidence generation for Health Technology Assessment submissions including the use of real-world data, value demonstration for digital health technologies, and the application of AI in health care.

Mungo Paterson

Mungo leads Business Development (BD) and Partnerships for Vista Health across its geographic spread. He has almost 20 years of experience working with life sciences customers across both the commercial and clinical sides of the business. His expertise lies in managing existing customer relationships and developing new relationships to support business growth.

Global Value-Based Healthcare Lead

Tom Hampshire

Tom is our Global Value-Based Healthcare Lead with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences. Dedicated to driving positive change, Tom has collaborated with healthcare systems like the UK’s National Health Service, government agencies, and corporate multinationals. Spearheading efforts across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and LatAm, he works closely with the senior leadership team to advance shared goals of economy, efficiency, effectiveness, and equity in healthcare. Tom leverages his significant health systems expertise to navigate the evolving healthcare landscape, addressing rising demand, increasing costs, and integrating new technologies and innovations for a better future.

General Manager

David Grant

David is our General Manager for Europe/UK. With over 30 years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare consulting sectors, David’s experience encompasses Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), clinical research, and new product management. Previously, David was co-founder and Director of Fourth Hurdle Consulting, a successful health economics and outcomes research consultancy acquired by IMS Health (now IQVIA), and subsequently leader of the North Europe HEOR team at IMS Health.

General Manager, North Asia

Bruce Crawford

Bruce is our General Manager for Northern Asia. He has ~30 years of global experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research and COAs/PROs, epidemiology, and generation of real-world evidence. As a renowned leader in the research community, Bruce has published more than 80 peer-reviewed articles, has more than 200 presentations and is a frequent speaker and thought leader at conferences. Bruce is passionate about educating others, and frequently guest lectures at local universities.

Anthony Morton-Small

Anthony is a Managing Director of Vista Health. He is a healthcare consulting expert with a proven track record in market access, growth strategy, and portfolio management across Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets. With over 25 years of experience, he has collaborated with a diverse range of healthcare stakeholders, from pharmaceutical companies to health ministries and financial firms. Anthony excels in commercial excellence, brand management, market entry planning, pricing, and health policy. His expertise in driving innovation and growth strategies is highly sought after in the industry.

Vista Health expanded its global footprint in the UK and EU with the appointment of David Grant, further solidifying our commitment to providing innovative health solutions. Also onboarded Tom Hampshire, a veteran in the value-based healthcare space to spearhead our efforts on this exciting journey towards a more integrated and outcomes-oriented healthcare landscape.

Our journey continues as we look ahead to new horizons and opportunities for growth and impact. Focused on research, consulting, and technology, we remain dedicated to pioneering innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.

Vista Health boasts a team of over 50 employees. In April 2023, Vista Health increased its presence in North Asia with the onboarding of Bruce Crawford as the General Manager and several new employees in Tokyo, Japan.

This period marked pivotal partnerships with Incuna and Fusion Digital Health to step closer to a truly global healthcare advisory and digital technology company. Our team also expanded to include 10 dedicated professionals.

Over the next two years, Vista Health continued to thrive, expanding its partnership network. We secured our first digital clients, patient group clients, clinched our initial governmental agency deal, and launched a population health project in Africa.

We inaugurated our first office, securing our initial Medtech client, and welcomed Andrew Eggleston as a Special Advisor.

Vista Health started its journey since our establishment on the 15th of February 2016 by Joe Caputo. Our inaugural year marked a significant milestone as Vista Health secured its first client.

Joe Caputo

Joe is the Founder and Chairman of Vista Health. He has over 30 years’ experience spanning Real-World Evidence (RWE) strategy and implementation, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategy development, Health Technology Assessment, market access, and value communications. Joe’s international influence is underscored by presentations to National Medical Products Administration and the Ministry of Health in Vietnam, and many other international conferences. As the ex-President of ISPOR Singapore Chapter, and an active member, he continues to lead the way in advancing RWE and HEOR, leaving a lasting contribution to the industry.
